Dedicated teams & staff augmentation
Engineering capacity you can actually plan around.
We place senior engineers from Central and Eastern Europe into product teams in the US and EU. Every engagement has a named technical lead and a written working agreement that sets hours, review, and escalation before anyone writes code. The engineers who start are the engineers who finish: there is no bench, and nobody is moved off one account to cover a gap on another.
These ten technologies are the whole list we staff against. Anything outside them you hear about on the first call.
Three ways teams work with us
An engagement starts as one of these three and usually stays there. What separates them is who the engineers report to and who owns the backlog; the paperwork is identical in all three cases — EU entity, MSA and SOW, 30 days' notice on either side. Minimum engagement is three months in every case.
All servicesDedicated teams
2–6 engineers with a named lead, working in your repositories, your review process, and your sprint cadence. Ramped in 10–15 business days. The team is not shared with another client for the length of the engagement.
Staff augmentation
One to three senior engineers inside a team you already run, reporting to your engineering manager rather than to us. No trial shorter than four weeks, because four weeks is the point at which the work starts to show.
Team takeover
For a system whose team has left: we take ownership, write down how it actually works, stabilise the parts that wake people up, train whoever will keep it, and hand it back on a date agreed at the start.
Selected work
Four engagements are written up in full. Two of them did not end in a clean win — one client was acquired mid-programme, one paused after two of six planned domains — and both are on the case studies page with the numbers they actually produced.
All four case studiesDispatch platform rebuild
Routing pulled out of a Rails monolith into a Go service one route type at a time, with the monolith serving live traffic throughout. On the routes moved, p95 dispatch latency went from 2.4 s to 780 ms.
Data platform handover
An unowned dbt/Airflow platform documented and stabilised after the original team left, with two in-house hires trained to run it. The exit date was set in the first week of the engagement and the team left on it.
We came in asking for a rewrite. Before anything was signed, they told us which half of the plan was wrong, and quoted the smaller job instead. Fourteen months in, it is still the same four engineers.
Tell us what the work is and who owns it.
Teams of 2–6 engineers, ramped in 10–15 business days, on 30 days' notice either way. If the work sits outside the ten technologies above, you will hear that on the first call.
